At the sacred time of autumn equinox a magical time of reflection and gratitude. 

As we practice sacred rituals, journeys, drum and dance in appreciation of the earth and move into our own inner landscapes for the transition into the season of harvest. We gather together for our Earth Retreat, embracing the beauty and abundance that surrounds us. 

During this sacred time, we honour the balance between light and dark, as day and night become equal in length. 

Connecting with the energy of the Earth, feeling its gentle rhythm and the whispers of nature surrounding us. In this retreat, we immerse ourselves in the vibrant colours of autumn, walking through forests ablaze with fiery hues and feeling the crispness of fallen leaves beneath our feet. Showing us what we wish to let go of.

We take moments of stillness to observe the changing landscapes and to appreciate the bountiful gifts that Mother Earth provides. Through meditation and reflection, we delve into the depths of our souls, seeking inner wisdom and clarity. We release that which no longer serves us, making space for new intentions and dreams to take root. 

We find solace in the gentle embrace of nature, finding peace within ourselves and reconnecting with our spiritual essence. During our Earth Retreat, we come together as a community, sharing stories and experiences, and supporting one another on our individual journeys. 

We celebrate the harvest of our efforts, both in the physical and spiritual realms, and express gratitude for the abundance in our lives. As the sun sets on this sacred time, we carry the spirit of Mabon within us, knowing that the lessons and blessings received during our retreat will continue to guide and inspire us throughout the seasons to come.
